Are you a first time home buyer and looking to purchase a brand new property? A new incentive will help you get in your first home! The BC First-Time New Home Buyers’ Bonus is a one-time bonus payment worth up to $10,000 for first-time new home buyers in BC. Applicants can receive a cheque of up to $10,000, if they qualify, and the amount of the bonus is not taxable!

Is your mortgage flexible? Can you port it, increase the amount, blend and extend? Lock in your variable rate mortgage to the discounted fixed rate?
Did you know Credit Unions don’t let you port your mortgage out of their local area?
Make sure you talk to a mortgage broker when buying a home or renewing or refinancing your mortgage to make sure your mortgage is flexible! www.jenniferestrada.ca

Pay your own mortgage, not someone elses!

Rent or Buy a home? See this link for a calculator that will help you see the difference and how much you can afford.
