Finally terms and penalties are clear to consumers!

After years of mortgage brokers and mortgage holders complaining to the Fed Gov’t that banks are decieving and lying to their customers about prepayment and penalty terms, a new Code of Conduct was FINALLY passed yesterday so that these terms and penalties are CLEAR to the consumer. Hopefully no more tears!
